This month, we're focusing on some powerful new updates to your Work Truck Solutions platform designed to help you manage your inventory, generate more leads, and streamline your daily workflow. From new pool inventory access to a major revamp of My Buyers, these enhancements will give you a significant advantage in a dynamic market.
VAST (Vehicle Acquisition Search Tool) is more powerful than ever, providing access to new, dedicated inventory pools. These are distinct updates that give you unprecedented visibility and control over vehicles in upfitter pools, and they are a direct result of our collaboration with OEMs and upfit partners.
Ford Pool Inventory: For our Ford dealers, you can now see directly into existing upfitter pools and reserve units right through VAST. A key benefit is the ability to market units early with a "Being Built" status on your website as soon as your order is confirmed, allowing customers to shop and inquire long before the vehicle arrives on your lot.
RAM Pool Inventory: RAM dealers also have access to this new Pool Inventory project in VAST. This offers the same key benefits, including the ability to reserve units easily and market them with a "Being Built" status for early customer engagement once the feature is live.
BrightDrop Inventory Pool: For dealers certified to sell BrightDrop units, we've partnered with Chevrolet to launch a new inventory pool. This gives you easy access to available BrightDrop vehicles in VAST and a simple "Request Order" button to initiate a purchase. Additionally, 8-12 "virtual" BrightDrop units will be listed on the Chevrolet and GMEnvolve locator sites, driving leads directly to your dealership. These virtual units will appear as "In Transit" and "Call for Pricing" on your site.
We've completely revamped the My Buyers feature to be faster and more user-friendly, with a strong focus on the mobile experience.
Streamlined Mobile Layout: The mobile interface is now cleaner and less cluttered, with compact headers and collapsed filters. This means less scrolling and quicker access to what you need.
Easier Contact & Follow-Up: We've added new "tap-to-act" buttons for email, text, and calling directly from the Buyer Info page on mobile, making follow-up a one-tap process. On desktop, buyer information is now always visible, so you don't lose track of details when switching tabs.
Enhanced Activity Log: Based on your feedback, the Activity Log now includes filters for messages, notes, tasks, and status changes, making it much easier to find what you're looking for.

"Free Boost" in Visibility: Google's automated ad system gives significant priority to listings with complete details, especially great photos and clear pricing. This means there's a huge opportunity to get more traffic from our ad spend just by ensuring your listings are complete. It's like unlocking a free boost in visibility without any extra ad cost on your end.
