How long has Fleets 101, Inc been serving the community?
Irene: Fleets 101 Inc. is a family-owned business that has proudly served the community since 2002. The company was founded by Sam Jafari, who continues to work alongside his son, Amir Jafari, in operating and growing the business today. Over the years, Fleets 101 has built lasting relationships with customers by focusing on honesty, hard work, and exceptional service.
What is Fleets 101’s favorite way to give back to the local area?
Irene: One of our favorite ways to give back is by caring for the stray cats in our area. Unfortunately, many local shelters and animal control services are unable to take them in, so we created a safe little space for them on our lot. Every day, we leave food and fresh water near a tree in the back corner of the property where the cats can stop by, rest, and feel cared for.

Irene: As a family-run business, everyone plays an important role in making sure customers receive a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Irene: Work Truck Solutions has been an incredible resource for our dealership. Not only has it helped us connect with a growing number of customers, but it has also helped us stay organized and better understand our strongest areas of sales. What's your favorite thing about working with commercial trucks?
Irene: One of our favorite things about working with commercial trucks is the versatility and customization involved. At Fleets 101 Inc., we also have our own manufacturing division, which allows us to create custom solutions tailored to our customers’ specific needs. Every customer brings a unique vision, and it’s always exciting to help bring those ideas to life.
What's one piece of advice you would like to give that has helped you throughout your career?
Irene: Always treat every customer with respect and kindness, regardless of the size of their company. Running a business is already stressful enough — purchasing and growing a fleet should not add to that stress
