How long has Larry H. Miller Dealer Group been serving the community?
Justin: The LHM Group has been around since 1979 and was acquired by the Asbury Group in 2021.
What is Larry H. Miller Dealer Group’s favorite way to give back to the local area?
Justin: Every year on the anniversary of Larry Miller’s birthday a portion of every LHM store’s staff volunteers at a local charity for the day. We call this our “Day of Service”.
What is your role at the dealership?
Justin: I am the Commercial/Fleet Sales Director at LHM Dodge Ram Avondale and LHM Casa Chevy where I support my sales team and our commercial clients.

What's one piece of advice you would like to give that has helped you throughout your career?
Justin: Commercial Sales isn’t about a car deal, it’s about client relationships. Take care of the client and you’ll have a customer for life.

Justin: Having the WTS website and utilizing their tools properly, will allow you more time to focus on growing the business and making deals.
Gavin Fitzgerald
As a Customer Success Manager 2 at WTS, Gavin thrives on building purpose-driven relationships with dealers, equipping them with the tools and support they need for greater success. His favorite aspect of this role is providing intentional service, exemplified by the Two-Minute Prospecting tool, which has been a game-changer for proactive outreach and lead conversion. Outside of work, Gavin loves spending time in nature through activities like biking, hiking, and swimming. He's also deeply involved in his passion for music, playing in three bands in Chico. While he balances work and creative pursuits, he hopes to one day delve into Adobe After Effects to master VFX and motion graphics for short films with his brother. Gavin is looking forward to upcoming gigs in Lake Tahoe, where he'll get to entertain audiences and enjoy time with friends.
