How long has Hansel Ford been serving the community?
Ryan: Hansel Ford has proudly served the North Bay community for over 60 years. We’ve built lasting partnerships with local businesses and organizations by providing not just vehicles, but solutions that help them stay on the road and grow their operations.
What is Hansel Ford’s favorite way to give back to the local area?
Ryan: We believe in giving back through active community involvement — from supporting local nonprofits and youth programs to investing in workforce development and sustainability initiatives. Most recently, we’ve expanded our focus on helping local businesses adopt more efficient fleet practices, reducing downtime and costs, which ultimately strengthens our entire community.
What is your role at the dealership?
Ryan: I serve as the Commercial Fleet Sales Manager, leading our Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Center operations. My role is to help businesses find the right solutions for their fleets — from vehicles and upfits to financing, telematics, and service strategies — so they can maximize uptime and minimize total cost of ownership.
