As we round another "mile marker" with this latest edition, we're taking a moment to reflect on how we're doing with our monthly newsletter. And just like the classic song says, "we're halfway there" – halfway through 2025, in fact! The Monthly Mile Marker is designed to keep you informed, connected, and up-to-date on all things related to our Customer Success initiatives.
Your perspective is invaluable to us. We want to ensure this newsletter is not just a regular update, but a truly helpful and engaging resource for you as we navigate the rest of the year together. Is it providing the information you need? Are there topics you'd like to see covered more often? Is the format working well for you?
We've created a short feedback form to gather your thoughts. It will only take a few minutes to complete, and your input will directly help us shape future editions of the Monthly Mile Marker

Get to know Danica, who is looking forward to a family vacation in Tahoe at the end of June! When she's not planning her next getaway, Danica loves to spoil her niece and nephew, a truly heartwarming hobby. Her household is completed by her furry friends, Yazzi the dog and Jasper the cat.
If granted a magical 25th hour in the day, Danica admits she "should say sleeping," but would most likely spend it catching up on TikTok. The best advice she's ever received, and a principle she clearly lives by, is to take ownership of the things you don't know and to take initiative of your own learning journey, rather than waiting for others to guide the way.
